I have never watched Who, or had the inclination to, but a few friends have now recced it in my direction, so. Worth getting into? Y/N/Maybe?

I never really had an interest in Who until this newest season, which is a pretty good starting point for newbies. The arc-planning has made me pretty happy, and it's lighthearted without being too cheeseball with surprising moments of pathos? I'd try the first episode and see if you like it, personally!
