Fandom is making me unhappy. As a result, it's been leading me to act sort of awful. I'd like to apologize to anyone who has noticed me acting a little (or a lot) off lately, as well as anyone who I've said anything horrid to. I'm still thinking things over so I'll probably be a bit quiet, though I'm thinking about participating in mundane_bingo because of the low minimum word count involved and my desire to get back into the swing of fiction writing.

In the meantime, I'm going to be a little needy and link to my thread here. I'd also like to know how everyone is doing in the comments here. Tell me one thing that's made you happy recently, and I'll try to reciprocate.

I'm really sorry fandom is making you unhappy. I've been there with fandoms before and it's just...incredibly unpleasant. FWIW coming from someone who hasn't interacted with you all that much, I haven't noticed you acting awful towards anyone.

Hmm, something that's made me happy. I'm reading Strangers in Paradise and it's been making me pretty happy!
